We offer a couple different solutions for support for our ThemeRefresh members:

Help Desk

All of our clients have the ability to submit a support ticket that will get a prompt response. If you need help with a theme or want to pick our brain on how to do something that is what we are here for.

Support Forums

Once you purchase a theme you gain access to our forums where our team is around to help but more importantly you can meet other developers and get help from the community.

Scheduled Help

This is for clients looking to do a large customization and would like to schedule some time talk with us. We can block out 30 minutes for a skype video/audio chat. Costs: $50, Submit a ticket in the help desk if this is something you need.
